The New Global Sports Conference set out to redefine what a sports conference could be, a space that blends culture, fandom, and innovation, bringing together voices from across sports, gaming, and media.
The challenge was to position the event as more than a traditional industry gathering. It needed to feel alive: connected to fan culture, culturally relevant, and globally resonant. My role was to help shape that positioning, develop the narrative and creative identity, and ensure the conference spoke the language of a new generation of fans and sports innovators.
